Karen Jacobs

Karen Jacobs

Registered Manager and Owner

Karen started the company in 2009. She has extensive experience in the care industry and has completed her level 3 & 4 NVQ in health and social care as well as being a qualified trainer. Karen started the company as she is passionate about providing quality care and promoting independence to people in their own home. She firmly believes that to provide a quality home care service  it must be person centred and meets the individuals needs. Karen is dedicated to employing only the most compassionate, understanding and professional care staff.


Deputy Manager

Barbara joined the company in 2015 and has many years experience in the care industry. She is a qualified manual handling trainer and holds a level 3 award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector. Barbara is currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in health and social care management. Barbara’s background in the care industry is in providing home care. Barbara believes in educating and training staff to their highest potential.




Jas has been with the company since 2015. She was previously a supervisor for another domiciliary care agency and has been in the care industry since leaving school. Jas works both in the office (liasing with another health care professionals, service users/ relatives and daily rostering)  and out on the field covering all areas. Jas has currently been supporting Hove, our newest area with new client set ups and staffing. Jas has completed a level 2 and 3 in health and social care.

Field care Supervisors.

As supervisors Nikki and sue are responsible for the training and supporting of all care staff, identifying any extra training needs they may require and ensuring they are competent in all areas of care provision. They are first point of contacts with new clients and complete an initial assessment and risk assessment and ensure a person centred care plan is written up which includes any input with health professionals and family members. They conduct regular reviews with clients and family members to assess the clients needs and update the care plan accordingly. They liaise closely with the office staff and management with regards to provision of care for clients as well as identifying training needs for staff. Sue and Nikki are both qualified in level 2&3 health and social care.
