“I am very happy with the service provided by South Coast Care. For some time I had been reluctant to accept help because I didn’t like the thought of strangers coming into the house, however John’s regular carers Tina and Mary are ‘Fantastic’ and have become more like friends.
Tina and Mary treat John with care and dignity and are always talking to him whilst providing personal care and he is beginning to respond to them. They encourage him to walk a little which he has been reluctant to do since he fell down the stairs 4 months ago. I feel John’s condition has improved since the carers have been coming in.”

When visits are delayed by various circumstances the carers and the head office are pro-active in keeping mum/us informed – which is very much appreciated given mums anxious tendencies!
We appreciate the flexible service provided and the ‘no problem’ approach when pre-arranged support is cancelled or additional support is required at short notice.”
